BRAND AMBASSADOR
SOULSHINE is hiring part-time Brand Ambassadors to be the enthusiastic face and voice of our brands at in-store events regionally.
Available Ambassador Territories Include:
Bellingham, Spokane, Southwest WA, and Vancouver WA.
As a successful candidate, you will be helping to increasing awareness and sales by hosting events that keep our brands at top-of-mind with retailers, budtenders and customers.
You will work closely with our sales and marketing team to schedule weekly in-store events where you will be communicating the value of our products to customers and staff, as well as track event KPIs and product feedback.
This job is a great fit for someone who has a strong work ethic, has good time management skills and is determined in contributing to the success of our sales team.
Brand Ambassador Responsibilities:
- Familiarizing yourself with the company’s mission, vision, and goals
- Working closely with sales and marketing staff to schedule in-store events
- Representing the company at product launches, events, and trade-shows
- Provide the Marketing team with on-site social media content
- Educating customers, retailers, and distributors about our products
- Building rapport with customers and vendors
- Monitoring customer feedback and escalating complaints to the marketing department
- Tracking event key performance indicators (KPIs)
- Maintaining a positive image of the brand at all times
Brand Ambassador Requirements:
- Ability to work inconsistent/flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, to accommodate a variable events schedule.
- Prior experience in a customer service environment
- Experience as a budtender/cannabis sales is preferred
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Friendly, approachable, and outgoing personality
- Excellent time management skills
- Adaptable with the ability to prioritize tasks
- Must be 21 years old
- Be able to pass a background screening
- Ability to travel, as many as 100 miles in a territory
- Have a valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle
Compensation: $22-25/hr with mileage compensation, based on experience.
